Cassie is cut off for the only crime of chasing a PhD in ancient studies instead of chasing a medical degree or the bar exam. Living in Athens, Greece with no family credit cards and a dwindling savings account thanks to a worthless ex-boyfriend, she’s forced to take serious supernatural measures. But when a ghost raising spell goes wrong and she instead breaks free the one and only King of the Titans, Kronos, God of Time, she knows she’s in deep shit. When he claims that she’s now his eternal wife, Cassie is ready to throw in the towel. Now they are forced to find a way to divorce, all while avoiding the Greek Pantheon and their terrifying horde of mythical monsters. Throw in trying to save all of humanity, and Cassie is sure she’ll never get her dissertation done.
